  Arthur Mills, DVM -Clinic Owner

Dr. Mills graduated from Oregon State School of Veterinary Medicine in 1986. He has owned Companion Pet Clinic North Salem since June of 1988 and since then the clinic has grown into one of the busiest veterinary clinics in Salem. Dr. Mills interest in veterinary medicine include small animals, reptiles, birds and exotic animals as well as orthopedic surgery. Dr Mills is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association as well as the Oregon Veterinary Medical Association. When Dr. Mills is not at the clinic you might find him flying glider planes or hiking through Silver Falls State Park with his wife Tammy and his Silken Windhounds Princess Buttercup and Rosie.

 Lucinda Huntley, DVM

Dr. Huntley received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Washington State University; after doing undergraduate studies at Oregon State University and the University of Chicago. After working in small animal clinics in Santa Maria and Colma, California for five years, Dr. Huntley returned to Oregon. She has worked at several veterinary clinics in the Stayton and Salem area. Dr. Huntley is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Oregon Veterinary Medical Association. In her spare time, Dr. Huntley can be found trying to outsmart her dogs, Jaz and Fiona.

Julie Rowley, DVM, Diplomate,
American Board of Veterinary Practitioners (Canine and Feline)

Dr. Rowley studied athletic training at San Diego State University and ran several different indoor sports facilities before deciding to return to school in pursuit of her degree in veterinary medicine. She received her DVM from Oregon State University and Washington State University. Dr. Rowley worked in a small animal practice in Eugene before moving to Salem. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, Oregon Veterinary Medical Association, and the Marion Polk Veterinary Association. Her interest in veterinary medicine include internal medicine, surgery, and dentistry. In 2011, Dr. Rowley became a Board Certified Specialist in Canine and Feline practice with the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners. When not at the clinic you might find Dr. Rowley kayaking with her two dogs Eli and Noah(pictured), or hiking through various spots in and around Oregon.

Amber Talley, DVM
Dr. Talley obtained her Bachelors degree in animal science from Colorado State. She received her Masters in anatomy also from Colorado State. She received her DVM from Washington state. Dr. Talley is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and also the Oregon Veterinary Medical Association. When Dr. Talley is not working you might find her busy in her garden or in the kitchen trying out a new recipe or spending time with her 2 cats Sami and Orion.
