Dr. Mills graduated from Oregon State School of Veterinary Medicine in 1986. He has owned Companion Pet Clinic North Salem since June of 1988 and since then the clinic has grown into one of the busiest veterinary clinics in Salem. Dr. Mill's interest in veterinary medicine include small animals, reptiles, birds and exotic animals as well as orthopedic surgery. Dr Mills is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association as well as the Oregon Veterinary Medical Association. Dr. Mills is also a member of the Association of Exotic Mammal Veterinarians. When Dr. Mills is not at the clinic you might find him biking and hiking throughout Oregon with his wife Tammy and his Silken Windhounds Princess Buttercup, Rosie, Wesley and Danny. Julie Rowley, DVM, Diplomate, American Board of Veterinary Practitioners (Canine and Feline)
Dr. Rowley studied athletic training at San Diego State University and ran several different indoor sports facilities before deciding to return to school in pursuit of her degree in veterinary medicine. She received her DVM from Oregon State University and Washington State University. Dr. Rowley worked in a small animal practice in Eugene before moving to Salem.She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, Oregon Veterinary Medical Association, and the Marion Polk Veterinary Association. Her interests in veterinary medicine include internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, and dentistry. In 2011, Dr. Rowley became a Board Certified Specialist in Canine and Feline practice with the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners.When not at the clinic you might find Dr. Rowley kayaking or hiking through various spots in and around Oregon. William Williams, DVM
Dr. Williams obtained his Bachelor's degree in Animal Science from Oregon State University and then obtained his DVM in 1990. He has worked in several mixed practices over the years and was an owner/operator of an equine clinic for over 18 years. Dr. Williams joined our team in 2015. He enjoys performing dentistry and orthopedic surgeries. He sees dogs, cats and some exotics such as rabbits, ferrets and small rodents. When not at the clinic he spends his time hunting, fishing or just enjoying the Great Northwest with his family.
Brandi Finney, DVM
Dr. Finney studied at Arizona State University to obtain a degree in Agribusiness with a concentration in Pre-Veterinary Studies. She then attended Oregon State University where she graduated with a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. She practiced medicine for a year at a small animal practice in Coos Bay before moving back to Albany, Oregon. Dr. Finney joined our team in 2017. She has three dogs with whom she loves to go camping, hiking, or to the beach. Her three dogs include a beagle named Toby, a boxer mix named Doc, and a lab/Australian shepherd mix named Benjamin. She also recently adopted 3 kittens named Merlin, Lana and Jack. Other hobbies include crabbing, clamming, reading, and computer games.
