Arthur Mills, DVM -Clinic Owner
Dr. Mills graduated from Oregon State School of Veterinary Medicine in 1986. He has owned Companion Pet Clinic North Salem since June of 1988 and since then the clinic has grown into one of the busiest veterinary clinics in Salem. Dr. Mills interest in veterinary medicine include small animals, reptiles, birds and exotic animals as well as orthopedic surgery. Dr Mills is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association as well as the Oregon Veterinary Medical Association. Dr. Mills is also a member of the Association of Exotic Mammal Veterinarians. When Dr. Mills is not at the clinic you might find him biking and hiking throughout Oregon with his wife Tammy and his Silken Windhounds Princess Buttercup, Rosie, Wesley and Danny. He has also been assisting with Trail Keepers of Oregon building and maintaining hiking trails.
Julie Rowley, DVM, Diplomate,
American Board of Veterinary Practitioners (Canine and Feline)
Dr. Rowley studied athletic training at San Diego State University and ran several different indoor sports facilities before deciding to return to school in pursuit of her degree in veterinary medicine. She received her DVM from Oregon State University and Washington State University. Dr. Rowley worked in a small animal practice in Eugene before moving to Salem. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, Oregon Veterinary Medical Association, and the Marion Polk Veterinary Association. Her interests in veterinary medicine include internal medicine, surgery, and dentistry. In 2011, Dr. Rowley became a Board Certified Specialist in Canine and Feline practice with the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners. When not at the clinic you might find Dr. Rowley kayaking or hiking through various spots in and around Oregon.

William Williams, DVM
Dr. Williams obtained his Bachelor's degree in Animal Science from Oregon State University and then obtained his DVM in 1990. He has worked in several mixed practices over the years and was an owner/operator of an equine clinic for over 18 years. Dr. Williams joined our team in 2015. He enjoys performing dentistry and orthopedic surgeries. He sees dogs, cats and some exotics such as rabbits, ferrets and small rodents. When not at the clinic he spends his time hunting, fishing or just enjoying the Great Northwest with his family.
Yelena Kryukova, DVM
Dr. Kryukova was born and raised in Russia. She obtained her DVM from St. Petersburg Academy of Veterinary Medicine in Russia with a PhD. in Biology and Physiology. She moved to the East Coast with her husband in 2001 and moved to Oregon in 2012. Between 2001 and 2014 Dr. Kryukova worked in Cardiovascular and Pharmacology research. She then decided she wanted to pursue a career in Veterinary General Practice and completed her clinical year at Oklahoma State University in 2016. Dr. K joined our team shortly after. She enjoys all aspects of general practice and is excited to get more experience with exotics. When not at the clinic she spends time going on road trips around this beautiful state, kayaking and just enjoying the great outdoors with her husband and 2 children. Dr. K has no pets at this time but is hoping to get a new LLewellin English Setter soon.
